FLOWER PAINTINGS
During months of turmoil, disruption and lockdown caused by the pandemic, I found myself drawn to the extreme play of light against dark in many of my paintings. I chose flowers as a common vessel of inspiration, recovery and hope as surprising detail juxtaposed with flowing color.
